I think there is some consensus here that the biggest risk for APT from the ASIC review is the late fees charged. Alternatively though isn't a late fee an incentive to pay on time? If a % of the purchase price you may not mind missing a payment if only paying a $1.
Interestingly one of the recent negative reviews on Trustpilot is from someone who has been refused service based on not paying and having their debt sent to a collection agency. They've lost access to the service and are pissed. Not allowing these people back in whilst harsh (to them) are good for APT, allowing them to build up a user base of reliable customers who pay on time.
