    A sign that not everyone (apparently you included) doesn't have great commercial acumen.

    If a barrier to getting your nails done is the customer's funds, it would It would make sense to offer bnpl to get the customer through the door. ie the business would receive the funds up front by offering bnpl and then forego 4% (if they're with APT), vs offering a 10% discount for paying with cash.
    I'm confused by the point you're trying to argue...
