I agree with you both.

For me it is confirmation that everything is happening. The more data points the better. 

To compare to other companies, we see GSW announce big contracts but their revenue and deliveries don't increase. So 1 good data point and 2 bad. They also seem to hire people but there aren't any other signs of progress.

The issue is that these companies can rise and fall very quickly and all information is valuable, especially when they all say the same thing.
