Hot copper is not just fun banter imo. We have Facebook for that.
I don't actually "rely" solely on Hot Copper for anything but many comments, commenters and info here have very valuable and much appreciated discernible content.
To quote you, no "truth" parse in your words and your words are "obviously (to you) an exaggeration" and are "not meant to be literally true" but your words are actually written in a literal forum.
Then you should definitely hold a sign up, whenever/if ever, you are telling a literal unexaggerated truth so we, especially the newcomers, can know whether to take your words seriously and be able to distinguish, in a literal forum such as Hot Copper, what is literal and what is not, what is exaggerated and what is not and what is truth and what is not.
