If OZL can solve its fiancial problem by rising captial at 48 cents per share I will particpate it, as long as OZL can have better position in its world classic assests to all shareholders.
However, It is up to the OZL board now, shareholder should vote exact what they whish for, whatever the vote result is coming up to we have to implement it by end of the due day to OZL's lenders.
If captial rising, OZL should be pareparing now, time is very short...
