Slyasian, you have missed a few months, if the deal goes through we are selling basically everything bar PH and martabe (which we have already sold), to Minmetals for US$1.207 billion or roughly AU$1.5billion this will pay off our debt and leave us probably AU$$450-650mil cash and PH and toro stake.
So you would own your same amount of shares but in a much smaller, but cash rich company with still 3.1billion share on issue.
If you are currently ahead on your position, then you are probably better off than most of us.
It might pay to actually see what you are going to vote away.
