If we vote NO it could've gone either way, it might get the fund for the debt or the bank might extend the loan repayment date. But also it might be admin if the debt can't be repayed and we will go into suspension and waitting for announcements again. And to be safe vote YES.
Its just a decision. Just do what your gut feeling tells you to do.
