If I was OBL management I would be working on an extention to the agreement even if we own less, regardless. I guess whoever they are having JV discussions with would be aware of OBL's predicament and may just sit on the fence and approach BRU for a similar deal. Obviously they have the money and could finish with a lot more even if they get a smaller percentage, both parties come out winners. Hopefully we have more than 1 interested party to stop any shananighans. Maybe I am getting paranoid.
