JV - Yes yes yes. They have stated in previous activity report they are in several discussions with expressor's of interest, this was over a month ago - i expext a ann this month, hopefully they can retain 40% interest :)
Yes they are commited to drill before end of OCT. No drill rig contracted, no drill collar or location, no money to drill but we do have 5 months, so action should heat up pretty soon. If we were 2 months out and still left in the dark i would be selling.
