good time to top up? are you out of your mind? my average is 5c and i wouldnt top up another $1000 worth if i won $10million in powerball at the moment, the way this companys stock price is going OBL will be lucky to survive as an entity. If we dont get a JV or a CSG report soon, 1.5c here we come.
