Just a thought could this be value buying depending on how far sun goes down thus reducing the value of its scrip with regard to the takeover. The price of PMN falls and so does the cost of the acquisition also fall, as long as you dont have a short term view this could work out well. Could well be that SUN has taken advantage of their strong script with regard to the takeover to build their business, so what appears to be overvalued is all relative to the SUN shares being overvalued in the first place. Although the posion pill with regard to any acquirer of SUN having to buy PMN is a bit of shame. Oh well their is always the ACCC to block the deal here is hoping from a SUNCORP share holder as I would prefer more exposure to banking than insurance.
