Chops, you are getting far too ahead of yourself by suggesting that holders are getting royally screwed. Perhaps before making a suggestion like that you should at least make an attempt to contact management to try and understand their announcement if it is not clear enough for you.
I do agree however that the announcement does not suggest better than planned for grades as Grahod stated. But it does suggest quite strongly that they are about to have a flying start into the final quarter with respect to grades, tonnages and processing capabilities which are all looking like meeting feasibility study targets.
If you are planning to sell out when it relists keep that in mind.
As for your aversion to a mining company having money set aside for contingencies, I think you underestimate the complexities of ramping up a mine to full production.
