alternatives for ree, page-17

i have been researching china/rees a bit. it appears that they are doing manuovers on a few fronts.
1 controling/resrticting supply and price of rees.
2 heavily investing in global ree resources. both publicly and closed door. ntu,cmy,gbe,aru,alk and others have all had public displays of interest. hard to measure individual/on market investments. but I think they would be sizeable.
3 down ramping market campaign aimed at the difficulties /environment issues with manufacture. Check out utube china media comments on lynas factory.
unsure on the over all goal of these actions, but it doesnt seem upfront from first glance. imo
