You can talk about the takeover (that's what it is in reality)all you like but the market isn't often wrong. Shares rose yesterday on the news where holders were happy to offload into the strength...plenty of supply. Since then FML has lost 15.0%...enough said for now. The market doesn't appear to like the deal...and who can blame it.
