Jumpstart is totally right - there isnt any incentive for Shandong to move the shareprice. Paying divies for them is just wasting money that could otherwise be spent on drilling or acquiring more gold companies.
Its a takeover, not an investment.
Look, by all means let them have the ruddy company, 100%, right now - for 10 cents. Give me a piece of paper to sign and Ill reinvest the money next week.
