Personally, I believe early on this stock had a lot a hype or enthusiasm built into its share price. Especially as there was a big buzz around weed stocks. Think it only reached its fair value at around 37 cents and from here we should see consistent increases, especially with there patient numbers increasing so rapidly and there expansion into UK and German markets
