Smells like an ISF type takeover with the eception that the suitor will take on no debt,unlike the ISF and HST bailouts. if the market continues down i think sub 2.5c will be a buy opp. At least the MD is not comoing out saying there is X amount of tendering in the works which is a positive IMHO, (unlike CL spruker of the year 2010) what is of concern is that there is complete silence and delays with Woodsides project what tenders are actually up for grabs? welding tech a positive, but i think waiting for the Ann is the best move to address the fitness of the board and business. if she rises before the ann you know insiders like what they see/hear, in saying that the T/O play may happen b4
