I wont comment on past history, except to say everyone knows there was some very silly mistakes made.

The current situation is simple the new mgt team are restructuring nms for future growth this does not happen overnight the sale of non core and rubbish business is step one.

Step two is to align the costs of the new streamlined business with the revenue flows this is what IMHO is happening right now.

As you point out the debt is under control and now the mgt team can focus on revenue.

IMHO this has turnaround written all over it! With major sh buying this give me confidence there is a bright future you just need to give them some time.

As for the SP today, have a look at the market overall everyone is risk adverse.
