The rational is quite simple.
Some muppet woke up, lifted his head off his desk and looked out the window and saw the Street Sign which read "Altona".
Now they want a bonus for this bit of good business.....
Besides this, I still think there is plenty of long term upside for this company. Just need the revised DFS to come through ASAP.
