    Altona Energy (London listed) is searching for new partner in it's Arckaringa CTL project after severing ties with Chinese joint venture partner China National Offshore Oil Corporation.
    What does this mean to LInc? Is this an opportunity or does this mean getting an Arck partner especially from Asia got a whole harder.
