this is exactly what happened with the Optimum Energy deal - got pushed down to 13.6, the placement gets done, and then back to normal programming...almost.
This final $100m is going to have a decent equity chunk, the equity buyer is the capper, and they probably just dumped the 1.2m shares in a last ditch effort to squeeze a bit more value out of the deal.
All IMO. DYOR. GLTAH and all of that...
