    That's a value judgement call imo. JB has to trade equity injection from ON for ph2 vs price cap on OT. Personally, I wouldn't fix for further 3 years say 2019-21 based on current supply forecasts....but a potential 75% equity offer could sway him to take the fix....he may also want to build a downstream jv comittment into the ph2 deal...?
