Not investment advice but look at who the banks are loaning to... and at 4% interest. Risk v reward? Altura are paying 14% or so for their debt, unbelievable compare to the fragile housing sector that the likes of nab are engaged in for just 4%. If I were a lender I’d almost switch those interest rates. AJM put in a corner fair enough but NAB and co are riding off government “guarantees”. Lithium glut or apartment glut? I know what i see
