I agree WR888, although i appreciate what the company has done to date, i believe they are now lacking in a few areas just at the moment;

Get full on cracking and get this plant finished well before the expected time frame, flood the site with personnel and get the thing finished, there is plenty to do looking at that last photo shot, someone needs to really kick ass and get it done ( and yes i have worked on projects and seen this done by the right ass kickers), for now get on with it and stop patting each other on the back.......back slapping is for when its finished.

Also c'mon management, get out and market this project, product....etc.etc..etc

In the words of the Famous Ted Whitten " You've got to inspire me" c'mon fellas get out there and get this s/p moving.
