    the market hates this thing for some reason.

    they gave a sort of a reason for their not having got the forestry permit yet. (application backlog and changes to mining rules by govt)

    they have got enough cash but seeing an income would be good. 1/2 a million tons of coal a year should keep them in tea and bikkies for a while.
