By mutual agreement, the parties have terminated the joint venture agreement and CVR has undertaken to reimburse Manas the expenditure incurred by it to date on the Alyntas Gold Project.
I ask why has this only come out in the middle of a Manas quarterly operations report and not a separate announcement with some explanation from either side.
What's the story.
