Sorry, I have no idea. All I know is TO price is definitely irrelevant to the current market cap of the company, otherwise the Chinese will be busy bashing the share price of the Australian junior miners.
I think it won't be cheap or it would have been taken already. After all, it is a world class project holding multi-billion? tonnes of high grade bauxite.
