Already moving up well. Will this be a case of "sell the news" now that the salt pond saga seems to be finally behind us, or will Good Oil lose his shirt (or was that shorts?), so to speak.
Looking extremely encouraging from here, the positive rumblings about possible government support (read grants) in the US is particularly good.
