I agree that S32 has "plenty dry powder + borrowing capacity for M&A" and of course they should be looking around and I expect that they are. Using S32 scrip as partial payment does not seem to be a good option with S32 sp being where it is (even though it is ~20% off its lows), less of course the target sp is abysmally low.
