There's a difference between wanting it to be back to the teens and it actually technically needing to go back to the teens ..... It consolidated for a good ranging in the high teens. Fundamentals have progressed now.
Many will be on the "hoping it goes back down" camp .
Have a look at a long term weekly chart and trust that ever accelerating trend my friend . CER is going up and some people just need just trust the trend .
