    Read the Notice of AGM carefully and you will understand why this share price is so cheap:

    1. To facilitate a low issue price for the $10 million to be raised.

    2. $10 million worth of shares raised at such a low price with the potential for the stock to be fed back in to the market ... thanks, but no thnaks, much, much better value elsewhere imo.
