I think there will be more to the NWE JV than just the reinbursment of "certain costs" plus $300K siesmic expenditure...I suspect that, as part of the deal, NWE will effectively become NDO's sugar-daddy on their other North Sea ventures.
NWE might get this one cheap, but I suspect they'll be very generous with the others!
I think we can than Joe Salomon for that!
