We need to keep in mind that both DL and QH are pushing own interests.
Obvious that both DL and QH need to work together as both want to keep the SP going north and at this stage, the JV is the best to do that.
Eventually ARV needs to generate some cash flow (as we do not yet have the deeper pockets of NVO who has the backing of one E Sprott and others) so as to minimise the SH dilution.
To do that DL is pushing along that line by also getting ARV expediting plans of refurbishing the Radio Hill facility and continue the exploration on 100% owned-land.
DL is doing what he can for ARV and being the smaller company, DL is using all available means to push that along. Go DL!
