Always buy the big spike

Been a holder from the IPO- bought more after the duster at Mt Palmer- average about 20c for a few shares.

I have learned over 15 years of trading & from my brokers advice- always, always buy the first big spike day with explorers- you watch this thing will kick on over the coming weeks- volume today was too strong & it held above the mid point of the spike.

AUN is on the hunt to acquire an asset- Brad has been extremely clear about this since listing... they have spent the money they said they would from the IPO prospectus in the ground- so I would expect an acquisition soon. These guys are in the business of wanting to build a real company - so my advice is sit on your shares and contribute to the company when they come knocking for capital which they will need if they go shopping soon.

Not many gold assets changing hands at the moment that are in our hitting zone for price, i saw the Radio Gold mine was recently sold for 10M, but would need a further 10 in capex to get it going for pretty small Oz's. I see Capricorn just bought Mt Gibson, that would have been a great buy for us but at 40M AUD would have been a big stretch and needed a pretty cheap deal to get a broker to raise that kind of money for us.

I expect brad & his team to go straight into feasibility for Mt Palmer as he has always suggested there's high grade there that could b toll treated for cash in the near term.
Watch this space i recon- in the mean time sit tight & watch the community see these guys mean business...... never ever forget who taught these guys how to make it in kal... never forget who's in the top 5 shareholders.
