Almost all of it. The reason it would fall short is the time taken for customers to test the mixtures then add it into their production line. Once this is done then orders start flowing on a regular basis for the product (either JIT or stockpile for production runs) and continue until they don't use the product anymore.
The military (when it comes) may be different with large irregular orders from the cloth makers based on large production runs....
