I'm bullish on VPE just on its extensive free carry drilling program.
One of the best drilling programs for a sub $50mil mc oiler imo
Growler looks encouraging but VPE's SPP plus ~2bil shares on issue is keeping a lid on any gains, perhaps providing a good buying opportunity at 2.5 - 2.6 ??
Odds of medium term sp appreciation look good imo as spp closes and exploration/development activites continue .
