Never assume anything, actor. But thanks for your post. Until now I hadn't realised the significance of my musings, but on the face of it you could well be right. Looking ahead, the agreement does appear to raise the possibility of forward orders from Sanofi being placed any time now. How exciting. Even more good news to look forward to.
Imagine what it would do for the SP if they placed an order for, say, 40 mllion units of the 100 million targetted for 2011? Raises all sorts of possibilities, doesn't it? Not the least of which would be locking in forward revenues to help satisfy NASDAQ (or similar) listing requirements...
