I think biota management are helping GSK take them over. Their lack of any upbeat announcements or engagement with GSK feels strange to me. It reminds of when the head of OZL was neqotiating the sale of OZL to a chinese firm. He wanted to sell the whole company for about .82 cents. OZL now with a single mine is trading around the $1.18. Makes me wonder.
