March low was $3.75. April low was $4.52 with oil price negative. Current price is $4.70 with oil price ~$40. Majority of analysts are saying forward view on oil price is ~$40. Stuffed if i know whats going on. But i would say upside potential is greater than downside risk - not over the coming days, but over the following weeks / months.
