i believe that the long play here is that as GL1 begin mining operations these ALY tenements will be JV or sold off to GL1. if GL1 build all the infrastructure and have the HME to mine their own tenements it would be no costs for GL1 to move machinery and expand into ALY. processing ore into the same crushers ect and adding to GL1 total mineral resource
