    I agree with dannyyee, sgoni and 2ic; aazpb has less risk and greater surety about return. A t/o by capitaland will either (a) result in redemption (b) result in conversion at takeover price and hence = redemption or (c) result in AAZPB to increase in price thus allowing capital gain on AAZPB in addition to current high yield
