    Which one holds the better long-term value, ALZ or IOF?

    I'd be interested to hear what people think about these two companies.

    It seems that while brokers and analysts rate ALZ as suitable to those income investors with an appetite for significant medium term capital risk, IOF is more widely supported and recommended.

    What does everyone else think about these two REITs?
