yes, we are all getting older, and dementia/Alzheimers etc will affect more and more people, as we live longer and longer.

it could be that the idea of some plaque build up in the brain as the cause of the problem, might not be the reason after all.. the problem might be, that the brain does not get enough blood, and the solution is EXERCISE
