I do all the above and have for many years
exercise,, about 10 minutes a day
and have been or are rather fit for my age, so I have been told by a number of medical people
but have had a new knee
heart attack/by pass
and prostrate cancer

and dont eat added sugar or salt ..havent for ...have to think here
ummm maybe greater than 60 years
