    Hi all,
thanks for the tag to a post from way back. For some reason I stopped taking Fish oil and I can't remember why, but given my rap on it back then it sounds like it should be back on my regimin - especially with regards to improving my sleep.

Right now I like to take Bromelain which has anti-inflammatory effects while also helps to keep the arteries clean. I buy the strongest stuff and fill my own caps.

But the big find has been Magnesium Threonate, which is beneficial for improving cognitive decline. I have always been appreciative of Magnesium but this particular formulation does something that other forms of Magnesium cannot do - it passes through the blood brain barrier. So by taking Mag Threonate you can have the benefit of reducing inflammation in the brain. Go to pubmed and research it.

I fill my own capsules which is cheaper but a fiddly chore. The stuff is available on ebay but can also be obtained via google search and my source is NHS (its not national health service but an Australian outfit) - you can find it on google - and I get it there because it is not cut with filler material. It definitely works to reduce brain fog and make you sharper.
    Keep Calm and Carry On.
