Thankfully i sold DOW before it collapsed from 9 bucks. But since then company has new management team and close to finishing-off the disasterous warratah train contract. I am hoping a turnaround in fortunes is imminent.... yet commentary on HC is mostly negative. I listen to and consider posts on HC an aid to formulating an opinion/decision. Currently i have decided to not act. What do others (with far more knowledge of DOW) think?
