I thought you might have some more knowledgeable people post but it seems not.
I've watched DOW for a while, have thought about buying, but I'm less enthusiastic now. Effectively things are better, the first Waratah train was accepted and yet the sp does nothing, in fact it's looking shaky. Not a good sign imo. It should have been well back over $4 on that news.
