I don't think we've got to last chance saloon just yet , but do agree the moment is ripe for announcement . As to timing of announcement a lot of folks would have been happy to have seen funding settled before the end of June as suggested in releases . The price then was trading 11 - 12 cents , some 30+ % down on current . If Aim have delayed agreements pending a better price / and subsequent advantages to shareholders maybe we are doing them a disservice by getting impatient . Now would seem a great time to go ahead , but then I might have also have been one of the happy ones if they'd done the deal in late June !
