Is the cashburn due to over testing,we see this with every
ELk project... they phycho-analyze every compound that
inhabits the earth they drill.
Is this Over testing common practice,as the 40yr experience some directors have does not seem to help speed
up the FID....Does this mean any TOM Dick & Harry can
lease Oil fields & just keep paying someone to test everything until successful.
