Is there something wrong with IBA that I cannot see? IBA seems insanely undervalued. This company keeps signing new deals worldwide and even has deals with for foreign governments I do not understand how this stock is under $1.
I am only young and still in my first months of investing but I just think IBA is extremely well positioned. Obama is going to reform health care so hopefully there is a good chance IBA will pick up some more contracts. Follow Obama's money, health care+alternative energy
